Gentle Yoga

Have you made a new resolution to excercise more?  The library has started a new program, Gentle Yoga. There are three session a week, Mondays at 9:00am, Wednesdays at 12:00pm, and Saturdays at 9:00am.

Adults 18 and over are welcome.  Please bring your own mat.
